The Love In Action Project

This page is under construction, but in the meantime, check out our Facebook Page to stay in touch: https://www.facebook.com/TheLoveInActionProject/?modal=admin_todo_tour

The more I come to know God, the more love he gives me for his foster youth. I feel with great certainty that God hopes our local communities will band together to form a village around these kids. I feel the Holy Spirit wants The Church to unite together, working in their region’s to lift up the foster kids, the foster care agencies, resource families and families of origin with prayer, support, services and blessings. Now is the time to equip The Church to build ministries around families, foster care families and foster children, providing healing for families of origin, services for children and at-risk parents, physical needs of the foster youth, housing, mentoring, provisions and support systems for those who have been in foster care or have aged-out. Most important, these kids need to know they have a Heavenly Father, and a forever family, and a forever home. Healing can occur at all stages of life and for all involved, including the birth parents.

Therefore, every month I strive to provide baskets of blessings to some of the most at-risk members of the foster youth community. I work closely with Koinonia Family Services, Blossom Place, Bayside Church, Jesus Culture and Compassion Planet, as well as member of our local communities, to help bring blessings to the kids all year long. I feel God would want them to know they’re thought about and prayed for all year long.

If you’d like to help me, please see the latest service project below.
